Our last installment for Icon FAMILY week is Teeny Tucker, the daughter of blues legend Tommy Tucker, who had a hit with “Hi Heel Sneakers” from 1958.  Teeny’s new disc is Keep the Blues Alive.  She talks about the stories behind such songs as “Old Man Magnet,” and “I Live Alone,” and how she gets the inspiration for her songs.  She also gives advice for those wanting to get into the blues.
